      They value talent, aim to make great things possible and feature an open and agile culture. Employees are encouraged to have a lot of fun together.

      Cons

      What's to be expected at a company this size: they can't guarantee that every manager is as positive, motivating, inspiring and fair as they hope them to be. When someone more senior can't control their moods, it can be demotivating for the team.
