      I will start by saying thank you for taking your time to review! To be honest it's hard for me to believe you were a former employee, but maybe you were. So I'd like to apologize to you for either hating the job, or being let go. We work with Fortune 100 clients as well as the US government. Our clients have teams of lawyers, and I promise we had to go through extensive checks in order to work with them. I don't believe that clients that big would work with us if we were a "total scam" or "garbage"

      Pros

      A LOT of room for growth. Ares Direct offers a lot of opportunities within their company so that you are able to expand your skill sets. They are flexible with your schedule!

      Cons

      Not many benefits available, not until you get into lower management.

      Pros

      Energetic team. I made a couple mistakes along the way and were feeling down. Account Directors were super supportive. And they told me that they made the same mistakes and there was always a solution. Fun team night as well. Manager really take they time outside of the business to network with us. One on one dinner, and team night.

      Cons

      Well, long hours. But I had work similar hours before. Not a big deal.
