      Not good for Engineering

      Some people are nice to work with.

      Cons

      Hard to climb. Management never takes engineering opinions serious and we are almost always overrides by people who aren’t engineers for engineering decisions. This makes it difficult to function because to management our opinion doesn’t matter.
