The entire management team sucks they lie tell you one thing and it's another the show favoritism to their brown noses I've seen some workers get dances from people at the events no one says a thing I look at the concert and all hell breaks loose like you didn't just see what that person did and when I inform them I will be a few mins late I get no response when I arrive here's the swinger I can't check u in sorry I told her that I informed you that I would be a little late people that are not scheduled to work are out at posts when I just heard they were full but wow you found them some where to go but they were not secluded but I have to go all the way back home and I was the a worker comes In five mins after I did checks in with no problems I say why he checks in "oh he informed me he was going to be late" really I did to "oh sorry I don't look at my phone during work" if that's so how was he able to reach you but I wasn't. Another occasion they let the gates off for the night I go to check out I hear this "hey where you going"?? I'm going to check out "no the hell you can't if you walk out those gate don't come back we need to get rid of all you people that ride the bus home" really most of the staff rides the bus but you sir have a car if you ride the bus you will feel the same way and plus I was told to go home if you didn't know long story short I could go on about this sucky company but I'll leave it here and the pay sucks

Rules! Lots of uniform and work rules. I've been asked to stand on a post for 8+ hours before in a stairwell or at a gate. The shifts sometimes are too short or too long. You basically get paid minimum wage. You get more pay at other venues but you can't work there. "Managers" change a lot and it's obvious they have a job because someone likes them or they're related to someone. I had a new boss who had never been at the venue ask me what I do and 3 days later yell at me. Then he was gone and it started all over again. Everything gets blamed on the "client" and it's apparent what matters is that they are happy and pay the company. Some of the clients treat you bad, are mean and clueless. After buying a uniform, paying for badges and name tags and stuff you have to drive somewhere and then you get cut or only work 2 hrs. Worse of all is that you don't get to enjoy or watch the events. You will see managers doing it though.
