      Pros

      Ariosh gives a smooth transitioning from school life into work environment. You get to work with many bright minds from different fields, this opens your mind to boundless opportunities. Possibilities of field experience. Amazing colleagues. Initial salary is competitive. Training is comprehensive and helps hit the ground running.

      Cons

      Some policies are inhumane, for instance overtime hours may not be compensated and salary was once reviewed downwards and first paid without staff consent. Career progression path is not clear if at all present. Promotion usually certain for loyal friends of management personnel and not necessarily based on merit or performance. The availability of fresh graduates every year means company is less desirous to review salaries as they can get more labour for less pay. Usually rate of loss of staff is high due to these factors.

      A good place to start one's first 2 years career in oil and gas in Nigeria. Try to learn all you can while you are there and get out the moment you get something better else where

      Cons

      Poor and Immature managerial approach. Difficulty in retaining their best and experienced guys. Definitely not a place to build a career just to learn the rudiments of the industry and know what the industry entails
