      Unorganized. Unprofessional. Underpaid.

      Pros

      Start-up environment with casual dress code and access to free clothing rental.

      Cons

      Underpay employees, rarely offer raises and fire on a whim. Deceive customers (clothes are often not dry cleaned between wearers) and vendors (frequent cancel ling of large orders, frequent RTV's, and constant burning of bridges with brands).

      Pros

      Extremely fast paced, customer focused, solution oriented, people first business. Leans heavy into the try and learn philosophy. Can operate on limited budget efficiently and effectively without compromising customer experience. Leadership has a dogged desire to survive and scale. Transparent in its business metrics with all levels of the organization. Strong community and want to change how the world views women.

      Cons

      Its a startup and that means, it is ever changing so if you are up for the chaos it will be the most rewarding experience. If you cant understand the pains of a growing, evolving and difficult business, you will find it to be unorganized and without direction. Think about whether you have what it takes to be involved at a company that is at an inflection point such as Armoire.

      Pros

      Loved the transparency as a brand! As employees it was really cool to know first hand what was going on with our company, beyond just our individual roles. Things like our VCs, strategy for the future, growth opportunities, etc. Ambika is a real leader and commands a very respectable work ethic!

      Cons

      Not a great place to work if you're just looking to coast (honestly lol), everyone is expected to showup and contribute to the larger success of the organization!
