      Don't bother. Worst place I've ever worked, definition of dead end job!

      Don't really know where to start. There's no clear project lead, really bad project managment, zero accountability from anyone, clients have too much power over staff, staff are cliquey and rude (felt like being back in secondary school with people in their 30's and 40's) a lot of back biting, no clear department leader, manager does the bare minimum to look after staff, my team leader trauma dumped on me about their experience ( I should have taken that as a sign to leave earlier) Dead end job, no room for progression, basically soul crushing, work is easy but over complicated by everyone.

      Pros

      If you are a designer and absolutely need an income, this should be your last resort.

      Cons

      cons: _ you are expected to do overtime, i have done 70 more hours a week as a designer and only been paid 40 hours/week. _ you are been talked down when questioning a design/process _ you have to do exactly what you are told, that includes the manager going to the bathroom to check if you are working and at your desk _ your time at Array is worthless, every designer going into Array should know that going into Array will hurt your career overall. Your references will be worthless. Because you will have a failure of a lead manager, you are not truly working as a professional designer. Your work at Array will also not impress the industry. I have had job opportunities after Array because I had previous job experiences; so if this is a first job interview DO NOT take it.

      So disappointing. Had high hopes but the couldn't wait to get out.

      I met some really nice employees with big hearts. Good pay.

      Cons

      -Lies told to prospective employees to get them into the company -VERY toxic culture -Bullying -Backstabbing -A great vision that is going nowhere at all - No desire to grow the company and do what is needed to grow the company (leveraging new people/talent and tools) -Everyone works in fear of either getting criticized or of getting let go
