      Fantastic Company to work for!

      Pros

      Array creates a cooperative, empowering and supportive environment for all of its employees. The management trusts the experience and decision-making of its employees, allowing them to take on projects without constant critiquing. Array is a company that wants their employees to succeed!

      Cons

      Investment needs to be kept high in the International side of the business. It also important a lower cost product is designed for some of the countries Array currently do not trade in today.

      Pros

      Empowering environment that recognises achievement. No politics or unnecessary stress. Everyone at the company wants it to be successful. Diversity is excellent in staff and leadership. Lots of open positions and opportunity for great people as the business grows. Compensation strong.

      There really are no downsides. I work in the International team which is small but fully invested.

      Dysfunctional, Absent leadership, Toxic Burnout Culture

      Pay is decent, some people are great.

      Cons

      There is a burn out culture here. Leaders have no interest in work-life balance. You work all the time at all hours under lots of stress. All your work is unappreciated and they want more and more because they will not hire people or fix broken processes. This place is toxic and disrespectful. The executives can't even stand the place. Turnover among leadership is high. They do not even want to be in the sewer they have made. Most have left or have checked out. The CEO's interest in employees and the company is non-existent. The new supply chain boss is a big jerk. He treats everyone like trash. People try to keep their heads down so they don't get publicly humiliated by him in meetings. Some teams are just mean and angry, probably because they are overworked. This place is miserable, everyone is miserable, it doesn't mater the team or the function, everyone hates it. If you work here you will too. I cant wait to find another job and leave. People on my team talk about leaving too.
