Cons
Claims to be super progressive, but doesn’t practice what they preach. Provided DEI classes and was still racist and practiced unfair treatment towards multiple POC employees. Only cares about THEIR image and income, not of their employees. Pay for the amount of work and cost of living is laughable. Didn’t give raises on par with minimum wage increases each July. Hypocrisy runs rampant. Had their family bad mouth employees to their faces when facing the consequences of her own actions. (The entire staff walked out in April 2022 and went on strike) Ruined my life and sent me into a deep depression that I’m still trying to claw my way out of. I wish I could give zero stars.
