      Nice place to work.

      Pros

      Very nice and people friendly environment. Pays slightly more than IBM. Strong growth potential. focuse on IBM Lotus and Portal technologies only.

      Cons

      As a cosnultant you have to travel and stay on customer site for 4 days a week. You will work only with IBM technologies.

      Pros

      Good culture, lots of autonomy , good training opportunities for the latest IBM technologies, relatively flat management structure and an open door policy with senior management.

      Cons

      Occasional long periods on the bench. Travel is expected of the consultants so if you're not into that, working here is probably not for you.

      travel job, full per diem, IBM commerce & portal experts, talented & fun colleagues

      Cons

      poor communication by managers, no clue where the company is headed, changing from product experts to staff aug company, poor appraisal system, poor raises, management & HR don't keep their promises
