      Ascent Risk & Resilience is a great place for anyone who wants to grow in the GRC, risk, and compliance technology space. The work environment is dynamic, and there’s a strong focus on learning, ownership, and hands-on exposure to real-world enterprise projects. Leadership is approachable, and the culture is generally supportive and collaborative. You get the chance to work on modern technologies and contribute directly to product evolution. Like any fast-growing organization, processes are still maturing, but the learning curve and opportunities definitely outweigh the challenges
