      Pros

      Pros?? I cant find one. Driver's salary is greater than an engineer.

      Cons

      They are focused on there own growth. Employees growth is none of there concern Your basic salary as a fresher would be 9k Three years aftr working it would be 13k Company is managed by half dim witted clowns.

      People are quite helpful, Understanding and empathateic. Salary on time.

      Cons

      Learn everything on your own, Only targets matter and you dont. Hardly any increment. Long working hours(Sometimes upto 30hrs continuous). Fewer Benefits. Supervisors, Seniors looking out for themselves. Even learning something new is hard because of the absurd targets. Management always finds the loopholes and make the rules work for only them rather than the employees. Not even a canteen for production dept where they can have lunch comfortably. Had to eat lunch sitting on the floor in the store room.
