Cool coworkers. That is all.

Cons

The brokerage office is ran by finance guys with no transportation or logistics experience. Therefore they only care about reports and not the employees. There is no culture there. If you’re not a “fan favorite”, you will not be promoted or even acknowledged. “Leaders” will try to push you out of the door if they ever feel challenged and that is not hard to do.
