None they’re awful at everything they do

Cons

Being lied to and lead to believe if you do everything for this company you will be treated fairly, but you just get a manager who tells engineers to drill holes in pipes to justify time on site absolute joke and fraudulently run company

Pros

There are none . Poor leaders , lack of transparency, equipment inadequate- this is the best it gets

I worked as Head of Restoration and eventually felt I had no choice but to leave due to serious concerns about how the company operated. In my experience, health and safety standards were not taken seriously, with management relying on workers being “self-employed” as a way to avoid responsibility and accountability. I also witnessed deductions being made from workers’ pay that appeared to take earnings below minimum wage levels, along with repeated failures to respond to legitimate concerns or questions raised internally. Customers should also be cautious. I believe work and services were often misrepresented, and staff were pressured regarding payments in ways I was uncomfortable with. Overall, I found the company lacked professionalism, transparency, and integrity. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before working for or using this business.
