      None at all not even money

      Cons

      This place is a true pyramid scheme. They went from 7C agency to aspire agency and I’ve been changing their names constantly. They run the scheme and make you work like a dog for hours and they can’t even tax your paychecks, right. But it’s worse is that they actually think that everyone there is so easily gullible and will fall for these schemes that you can make so much money when in reality it’s the most shady business practice known to humankind.

      The company culture is collaborative and inclusive, fostering open communication across all levels. There’s a real emphasis on work-life balance, which is evident in the flexible hours and remote work options provided to employees. The leadership team is approachable and truly cares about the well-being and growth of its employees, offering continuous learning opportunities and feedback that help us grow in our careers.

      There’s nothing I can really say that is negative about this job. It is the best decision I’ve ever made
