      No weekend work- just monday to friday

      Cons

      No sick pay- bad holiday allowance- cameras watching you all the time- directors look down the nose at you- HR is owner of the company- low wages- no pay rises- no promotions- owners think having a pasty day is rewarding the staff

      Very little room for progression, poor pay, some managers show very little gratitude when you do a job well. Lack of training

      Schmatics and Blueprint layouts lack in correct instruction & procedures and out of date equipment and lack of tools to perform certain jobs!!!!
