There is a lot of bad press regarding this company on here. The simple facts are that the company was sold and new management took over in early 2019. The company needed a shakeup and the new owners took the company in a new direction, away from being service orientated to being more software focus and working closer with partners. It didnt suit everyone. I have worked here since 2012 and have enjoyed working with the previous management team and the current management. Make no mistake the current CEO and COO are top class, honest, straightforward to deal with and keep to their word. They are driving the company in the right direction, there is a vision and its clear to see which helps all employees align. The products are world class, secure, scalable and improving all the time. The company is successful and growing. There is change, of course there is. But what company has not had to change during a year of pandemic. If you want to work for a company that knows what it is trying to achieve, where success is rewarded, that is exciting and relevant in the current world then this is a great place to work,
Cons
Yes we have lost some good people because of a shift in strategy for sure. The new acquisition and changes that came from that led to uneasiness amongst the existing staff. That period is now over
