Pros
Being at Associated during a transitionary phase made it an interesting experience, but at the end of the day, it was a very close-knit, humble group of people with a hell of a lot of talent.
Cons
Wages are not competitive at all, leadership seems to make some questionable decisions, as is likely the case anywhere.
