Good location, easy to get hired
Cons
Management owner will berate you, even when issue has nothing to do with you. Will tell you you are doing a good job, and tell everyone you are terrible. MAchines are patched together and safeties are bypassed. Owner attitude is that they are better then their workers and their workers are lucky they are giving them a job. Promotes young attractive woman instead of hard workers. inappropriate relationship with some workers who have no choice but to participate or be given worst work with no chance for promotion.
