Normally, I say thank you to each person that provides feedback (good or bad) because it does make us a better company. However, your review didn’t leave many comments that I can constructively work on with our team. It seems your review is against me personally, and I am sorry you feel that way. As the leader and majority owner of a company, it can be both the most rewarding and the most difficult position in the company. I can't begin to offer how many sleepless nights I have had since COVID-19 began in early 2020. I am constantly worried about our company, our people, the families that depend on the company, and our future. I have absolutely made some decisions that I would like to do over. I also think I have made some great decisions that had a positive impact on our team the past 2 years. Other reviews on this site suggest that your feelings may be isolated to a personal feeling towards me. Again, I am sorry you harbor those feelings and I wish you nothing but the best of luck in your career.
