They are professional liars and they make you do too much for what it is, door to door. They'll tell you the hours 12-8 but in reality, you have to be in by 10 and you'll the office by 10 when you're entry level. I'm not upset by that I'm upset for the time I wasted in this MLM crap. In general they're thousands of these companies around the U.S and what they do is use very generic names to hide their identities. But if you really want to know use the address of the building and google it and look you'll see a guarnteed 2 previous "offices" there. They play mind games with you and they typically hire the impressionable and young because they don't know. I don't really understand why they do what they do but it seems very fishy. If you run a business based on sales you should up sales right, in these companies they only way you move up is by recruiting and potential sales and not sales that go through. But one thing is a job shouldn't have to sell you on entrepreneurship to me that's opposite, here they constantly sell you a dream.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review, we do appreciate the feedback. Our business model is growth oriented, where you start in one position and go through training to move into management positions. The understanding of all levels of our business is key to our management roles which is why we use our training program as the best business development tool. We understand that our career opportunities can be extensive and take a lot of hard work. However, with a dedicated work ethic, you can truly go far within our business. We are sorry you did not see the great opportunity that our careers entail. Thank you.
Promotions from entry level to management are laid out to you within the very first few days, and are all performance based, meaning at anytime if someone hits their qualifications, they get promoted. The manager doesn't base promotions off of anything except for the qualifications set forth, so if you are really looking to be a manager its pretty easy, you just have to work hard.
Cons
The performance based promotions can be a con to some people. It doesn't matter where your from, how many degrees you have, how many books you've read, or anything of the sort, so if you feel more qualified than someone but aren't able to meet the actual qualifications, you aren't moving up in the business
