The art of bringing an event to life. It's absolutely gorgeous. Learning common electrical work. Learning how to lead a team. Learning how to converse with very diverse and spontaneous customers' needs for their events.

Cons

Co-workers are VERY childish and lack the experience or knowledge to learn.
