Good place for new artists to grow and make new connections

Pros

Great community of artists. Relaxing work environment. Staff and production is kind. Atomhawk offers you insight in to the industry and experience to new and upcoming artists.

Cons

Low salary. Disorganized and sometimes confusing. Weak leadership. Too much focus on politics. I and including other artists in the studio wanted to work with projects, problem solve and share art. Virtue signalling was a reason for why I left.

Pros

- Nice and friendly colleagues. They are extremely talented too, it's very inspiring being around such great artists. - Flexible work schedules. Hybrid work available. - They hire a lot of juniors/interns so it's a good first job to get into the industry. - Office is cosy. Pros are more like good things that gravitate around the company. The structure itself is not offering very much though.

Cons

- Low wages (decent for Newcastle, but a lot of other European companies offer more competitive salaries). - Bonus is low too. - Many entry-level projects that are not interesting. - They don't know their artists : they will put them on random projects that don't correspond to their skillsets at all. - Very poor communication, management and organization overall. - High turn over, most artists don't stay for long.
