6ySorry to hear you had a poor experience but part of my role as People Operations Manager (and my predecessor before me) is to create a positive on-boarding experience and every employee receives one, without exception. I know first hand senior management take people development and our culture very seriously, it's a key part of the growth strategy and the very reason I joined Atomic! Yes, it is a busy environment but people are certainly not expected to work crazy hours or weekends. We wish you well on you the next chapter of your career.
