      Pros

      I did not find any pros in working for Atout France.

      Cons

      I found the management to be profoundly racist.

      Thank you for your feedback. Although your comment is referring to 2017, we feel compelled to underline our values and zero tolerance with regards to any kind of discrimination. Any racist comment or behaviour should be immediately reported to the group HR department.

      Pros

      - Can learn a lot if you ask for it - Can work with people based all around the world

      Cons

      - Very low salary, not enough to sustain yourself. - Use the excuse of being funded by the government to get out of any issue regarding money - Can be very close-minded and old school - Did not feel valued most of the time by management - Not very diverse, people who don't speak french would struggle - Can't progress unless someone is leaving and that's not guaranteed)

      Diversity, dialogue and respect are shared values within Atout France, as recognized by internal surveys. Since Atout France is the French NTO, employees are expected to speak French and have a good knowledge of French culture and heritage. As Atout France is a governmental organization, salaries cannot be expected to be as high as in certain private companies. Sorry for that. However, during the pandemic, salaries were maintained despite travel restrictions and low level of business, which was not the case in many private travel companies. I'm sorry to read that you felt so bad about your experience at Atout France.
