      Micromanaged and toxic culture

      Pros

      Strong brand, but the culture is micromanaged and inconsistent. Unequal treatment and high pressure outweighed the positives.

      Cons

      Culture was heavily micromanaged. Expectations shifted and treatment felt inconsistent depending on who you were. The admin/reporting burden was high and the environment became very toxic over time - Constant check-ins, shifting expectations and favoritism with managers favourites created a draining work environment to be at.
