Management needs to have a sit down with all the employees because the only people that survive there are the brown-noses that will do anything for the boss. The higher bosses are all a joke, they think they are the greatest person in the world. They need to come down to earth because the company they run is a joke. I rather be unemployed than work for such a horrible company. Management needs to do a revamp on the people they put as supervisor because they are all stuck up, and unprofessional. They will promise you so much but when you get there the first day you will get thrown into the projects without any training. They threat people like trash and I wouldn’t be surprised if the company lasts another 5 years and then closes. I hope they close because they are wasting space in the market.

The company allows racism and sexism to go on even with management and HR aware of reported incidents. HR has told employees that they are not allowed to voice their opinions and speaks to employees who are not managers inappropriately and with utter disrespect. HR targets employees who are not puppets and who know their rights. The panel shop managers are allowed to speak to and speak about minorities using racial slurs. They are allowed to disrespect and belittle women and excuse this behavior by saying the are just "rednecks" so this is accepted. Panel shop managers are using illegal drugs without consequences. Management gives special attention to employees who are family members and excuse those individuals in the department from any disciplinary actions.
