      Pros

      There truly are some wonderful people who work here that deserve better.

      Cons

      First, the current CEO is Sal Longo and it is stunning how he treats everyone here. Every single interaction with him feels like an interrogation. He uses fear to "motivate" everyone here. In no way is he inspiring or capable of leading others. Absolutely no one here likes him since he took over the company.

      Pros

      Mostly worked on used cars that we were trying to sell so the work was plentiful usually. Granted that has changed to my knowledge.

      Cons

      Management was almost entirely focused on opening AIM up in Oxford. The transition of techs and management moving from the Raleigh location to the Oxford location was haphazard to say the least. The transition left me high and dry.
