Pros

Not really that much to be honest

Cons

Nepo hires. There is no EEO at this company. You either know someone or you leave. Low pay compared to market values, terrible benefits that won't even cover my medically necessary medications. Super long commute and they refuse to have a shuttle from the nearby train station to the building. They also have no busses going through this industrial complex so its either you walk 1.5 miles from the train station across highways with 65 MPH limits or you drive. No other options exist.

Pros

Weekly snack time was a nice touch, providing a little break during busy days. Time off at the end of the year was appreciated but came with a price to work harder while being underpaid, There were some decent underdog employees who made the workplace more enjoyable despite the challenges.

Cons

Zero communication, and absolutely no consistency when it came to holding people to the same standards. Personal grudges and biases ran the show, with ‘undesirables’ treated poorly while favoritism and nepotism were alive and well. Leadership, if you can even call it that, routinely dismissed any concerns and operated purely on personal opinions. The result? A toxic environment where manipulative individuals were placed in leadership roles for their own benefit, leaving the rest of the team feeling unsupported and undervalued.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We genuinely appreciate your perspective and are sorry to hear about the experiences that led to your review. While we’re glad you found some positive moments during your time here—like weekly snack breaks and year-end time off—we also recognize and take seriously the concerns you raised about communication, consistency, favoritism, and the overall work environment. It’s clear from your message that we have areas where we must do better. Fairness, transparency, and a supportive culture are values we strive for, and when employees feel those values are falling short, it’s critical we reflect and take action. We are actively reviewing our leadership practices, communication standards, and performance expectations to ensure we’re building an environment where all employees feel heard, valued, and treated equitably. Feedback like yours is never easy to read, but it is important. We’re committed to listening, learning, and making meaningful improvements. Thank you again for your honesty, and we sincerely wish you the best in your future endeavors.
