      Good benefits such as flexible clothing and flexi time. Sandwich van. Young atmosphere

      Cons

      Remote location. Redundancies made without much notice, everyone thought the company was doing well. Atmosphere has took a turn for the worst. Hire placements rather than keeping dedicated staff

      Casual atmosphere, Relaxed dress code and flexible hours. Business is expanding.

      Have to be a kiss a$ to progress. Unpopular promotions. Favoritism. Lack of professionalism. No real training provided. No study support given. Not really a graduate scheme. Poor pay. No real development.

      - Flexible when it comes to homeworking. - Dedicated colleagues all looking to pull the company in the same direction. - Good bonus structure. - CEO is good company and his attitude radiates through the business.

      Cons

      - I found the systems used (with the exception of Salesforce) to be a little counter-intuitive.
