      Pros

      I've been working within the company since the beginning of the year. I train & manage a sales team, create events and use a range of marketing strategies to make our clients successful, manage campaigns two clients on a direct basis consistently building their brand awareness. And in regards to salary I earn around 18K as trainee account manager.

      Cons

      Business booms so much, there's not enough hours in the day with the amount of clients that are wanting to work with us. The smart attire that is worn within the business.

      This business is great if you are looking for progression not only in business but also self progression, it's an exciting business to be in and challenges you to your limits.

      Cons

      It's quite a competitive environment so for someone who isn't really that competitive it can be pretty intimidating and challenging at first

      Pros

      The company attracts hard working driven individuals and offers people a realistic shot at achieving monumental goals, theirs no seniority in this business so people progress as quickly as they want as long as they put in the effort and aren't lazy. Another major pro to this business is it's very competitive so the people that work the hardest and put the most effort in reap the most rewards. Incentives are insane as well, I've seen people win trips to Atlanta and Las Vegas, as well as 50 inch TV's to name just a few.

      Cons

      Takes up alot of free time, although this is justified by the fact that you no one achieves their goals and becomes a CEO by part timing it.
