Employ only women or aboriginals regardless of ability , suitability , experience or even inteligence which is evident when trying to communicate with all office staff and management. Basically have to tell them how to do their job on a daily basis.

Overall, most managers were more interested in gouging the company for their own benefits rather than determining what would be in the businesses best interests. CEO actively engaged on diversity debate, but allowed misogynistic managers to implement program. Most successful managers within business were poor on execution and bold on promises.
