Pros

pay is good if you can put up with rediculous management.

Cons

Forced annual leave when it suits them. Forced to go part time when it suits them. Forced to do never ending courses on computer that are 100 % irrelevant to the job just to keep your job. For example , aboriginal culture awareness course and domestic abuse course ?????? No recognition for good work practices , ethics or loyalty , you are nothing but a number. Those who are female , aboriginal or gay are treated better and get away with more than any white male heterosexual. Employ only women or aboriginals regardless of ability , suitability , experience or even inteligence which is evident when trying to communicate with all office staff and management. Basically have to tell them how to do their job on a daily basis.

Pros

Well paid for effectively doing nothing but sit in meetings to ensure middle and upper managers felt good about themselves.

Cons

Overall, most managers were more interested in gouging the company for their own benefits rather than determining what would be in the businesses best interests. Poorly run project teams, with no direction or decision making from key managers (mostly because they were playing polictical games of getting themselves noticed by the EVPs and CEO). CEO actively engaged on diversity debate, but allowed misogynistic managers to implement program. Most successful managers within business were poor on execution and bold on promises.
