Chaotic admin side - undue complexity and lack of transparency Lack of appropriate training - manuals and guidebooks on the used softwares Little bit of micromanagement - you need to justify why TFL trains are late or got stuck in the middle of nowhere causing your 3 minutes lateness Working from office culture, at least in the admin side at this location
