Individual growth opportunities. Support network throughout teams. Remote working flexibility. Inspiring dedication and truly striving to go above and beyond.

Cons

Huge disparity in salaries between lowest paid and highest paid. Bottom end grossly underpaid. Top end grossly overpaid. Oversized HR which is statistic/number focused (sales approach) vs human approach.

Pros

The Austral group is a high performance organization, but without all the corporative protocol. It is quite horizontal, and your colleagues feels like friends and family. I grew a lot in this company, not just professionally but also personally.

Cons

Since it is a small organization, it is difficult to visualize place to grow. But they work on different ways to motivate employees. Like alowing work movilization between offices across America. But overall, it is just a nice place to work.

Colleagues are hardworking individuals genuinely interested in delivering quality for clients. Company is interested in expanding to new locations and takes steps to actively evaluate and enter such markets.

Cons

Peak months for clients are untenably busy and require luck to deliver itineraries for demanding clients. Management has clear favorites and is conflicted from fairly paying and promoting employees. Underwhelming deliverables given to clients are rationalized by Management as cultural misunderstandings instead of taking ownership for errors.
