Auto Trakk has been and remains a successful middle market consumer finance leasing company for 22 years. This accomplishment has been the result of creating and maintaining a culture of transparency, collaboration and mutual commitment to our customers and employees. We pride ourselves in being a very flat and nimble organization for the purpose of optimizing communication, customer service and information sharing throughout the company. This structure allows us to efficiently circulate information and adjust as needed. In fact, there is just one level between any individual Area Sales Manager (Sale Rep) and the CEO, therefore any statement about Auto Trakk being a “tall organizational structure” is completely false. Our company values and culture include expectations of accountability to all stakeholders, teamwork, personal ownership, and an overarching theme of doing the right thing. We understand not everyone’s personality and work style is a fit to be effective and successful in a fast-paced and competitive consumer finance environment; however, it is always important to us to receive feedback from both current and former employees.
