From the cowbell on the wall to the leadership...the place screams amateur the second you walk into the door. Its a good place to work if you like to work at a place that increases the hours for everyone (except a manager who ducks out early), over-hires without regard to the effect it has on the employees that trusted the job was worth taking, doesn't give women equal opportunities, and allows management to sleep with salespeople, which everyone knows and jokes about. FYI...Someone will eventually sue them and win. Work at Autofair Ford of Haverhill if you want to work more hours for less money with management who are barely qualified to bring you coffee.

Worked there a week with no schedule at all. When I asked for one I got yelled at and told that its coming. sat in training for 3 days but had no idea what was going on at my dealership. no communication between sales manager and staff. drag feet and don't train anyone properly. cut throat and cold.
