Pros

There are no pros for this job. It is a horrible work place. They say they are family but I promise they are The farthest thing from it.

Cons

Don't tell you about new policy's until you get in trouble for doing the old ones. Won't give you your raise for months even when you ask twice a week. Tells you they will do things for you then does the exact opposite. If I was in charge I would fire half the staff. Every one is lazy and don't care about you at all. Gives you crap pay for to much work. Yells at you for sitting down for 5 minutes even though you just worked your butt off in the blazing heat and are sweating half your body weight. You don't even get good water unless you buy it from the store even though they buy pallets full of clean fresh water. They don't trust you as far as they can throw you even if you have been a perfect employee for more than a year. If you are a lot tech or mechanic they treat you like dirt and make you feel like a immature loser on the bottom of the totem pole. They are cheap even though they makes millions every year, and give you broken down inferior equipment and yell at you for not doing a good job even though you try your very hardest to make it perfect. Most of there cars breakdown. Every employee treats the cars like crap and lot techs have to get all the trash and nasty stains out on top of getting all the animal hair out of them.

Pros

The people were nice and some of the relationships you built were amazing. While the people were there some didn't stay long. The benefits werent to bad

Cons

The pay and what you put up with didnt feel worth it sometimes. They talk about how big they are on being a family but the favouritism was there and after awhile you see the truth. You were just a number. They were very quick to blame and it personally hurt. I wouldn't recommend working for people who favors others and you go nowhere.

Pros

The employees. Benefits ( even tho they aren't great), PTO ( if they even let you use the time you earn).

Cons

Management doesn't care. Pay isn't great. Very long hours. Product lacks quality. Hostile work environment. No respect for employees. Favoritism. High turnover rates. False promises. Very little training.
