Pros
Time is flexible and you can enjoy it if your teammates are good
Cons
-You have to attend a lot of client meetings and most of them are in the EST time zone, so you have to work apart from your daily tasks (mostly till midnight) -No work-life balance -Client meetings are too long sometimes they last 2/3 hours and if they face any problems will knock you no matter if it is your off time or holiday and you need to attend that.
