The road to the building is absolutely horrible, pot hole filled gravel road. The building is WAY too small for what they are trying to do. The general management leaves a lot to be desired. Very haphazard, no real standards or approaches as to how things are done. They try to be agile, but miss the mark completely. The general management philosophy changes about every 6 to 12 months. Some management actually gets pretty hostile to employees if they disagree on how things should be done. Never been able to actually take the company to producing a regular product. Every project takes such a large amount of NRE nothing ever really gets produced that's fully successful.

The company is crooked. Management has no clue how to run a business. They just make it up as they go. I would routinely work 50-60 hours a week with no compensation. There was no such thing as a process to make things reliable. It was just thrown together at the last minute. When they had rough times and they did layoffs, I had about 55 hours of vacation saved up. When they said they needed to let me go, I asked if I could get paid for the vacation that I did not use, and they said no, that it is just lost. They then asked if I was going to get a lawyer. Which I though was an interesting question. I learned later that its because what they were doing was completely illegal! Because I was a new engineer I had no clue what they were doing and they took advantage of me. I am surprised that they keep limping along.
