talented co-workers who all do things well in their own right. Easy to get along as long as you're not in a top manager position.
Cons
The company has been going downhill very quickly since ownership of the company changed. The new C-position holders are pretty much incompetent with how they run things. No real focus, but I'm sure they will try to make you believe otherwise. Autosplice used to be synonymous with innovative and custom connectors, not anymore. What is their answer? How about hire more C-positions, VPs, and managers; blame everyone but themselves; and lay off talented employees. There were probably a large layoff during each year for the last few years. You may be thinking, "those were probably dead weight", wrong. How about lay off some of your top sales people and talented engineers? All is not well in Autosplice. They been in the red for a long time and their solution is to cut the players that could bring them to the black, probably to trick the investment group into believing they are turning it around. Why do you believe there are so many quality issues and why previously happy customers are looking elsewhere? Cant sell worth a damn if they are constantly cutting corners to save money, but to only lose it tenfold with returns, rework, or just trashed parts. Why do you believe there are no more incoming customers to replace programs ending?
