Pros
Working at Autumn Ridge helped teach me good work ethic while at the same time being a fun place to work. I’m still amazing friends with some of my coworkers. Chad and everyone else are wonderful to work with or even just have a normal conversation with. It’s a place where the owner truly cares about you and gets to know you instead of just being in the background.
Cons
Not really many downsides that I can think of. Maybe just the days where I had to do deep cleaning of certain things, but at the same time that’s a pro because the kitchen is kept in a very clean state at all times

You get a free soft drink and free golf once a week.
Cons
You never get any tips because all of the players who play there are greedy bastards. Also you get paid minimum wage because the owner is so cheap.
