      Pros

      You'll get an "old school" idea of how engineering and manufacturing works. You'll work with some nice and fun people.

      Cons

      Your time will be incredibly micromanaged. You'll use ancient software. You'll be expected to remember and relearn design skills that haven't been used in 15 years. It will be slow and tedious. You'll be penalized for this at reviews. Where under different circumstances you'd run circles around them.

      Pros

      The people are great. Nobody seems to babysit you and make sure you are doing your job. Great culture.

      Cons

      Management does care, but sometimes seems too busy to truly listen to lower level employees.
