He refuses to take any accountability for layoffs and company underperformance -Leadership is super fratty and if you are not in the "cool club", you will not be promoted -Product development is nonexistent -Leadership has failed to deliver on all strategic objectives for past two years -Three rounds of layoffs in last 18 months resulting in 50%+ of company being let go
