Was a contractor at the London office. Lovely people, but need better organisation.

Cons

Long hours. Internal processes need updating. Quite disorganised. Finance team were difficult to deal with.

Cons

moody managing director, backwards thinking and always bringing staff down with his personal mood swings. Staff are secondary and treated so poorly unless you're the business developing person and bringing in the clients.
