Thank you for your review. As a young start-up, we're trying to give competitive compensation, but starting a bit lower at first, so we could be assured that one can bring value to our company (since there's no experience to compare to).
If you have 0 experience you will start a bit lower (better than doing unpaid internship, in our eyes), but after a month employees get 30% increase, and then increases are regular - every 3 months, until we reach our capacity, few thousands USD.
Regarding Teramind, our monitoring system, this is the situation:

When someone struggles to solve a problem it can seem that he didn't do much. Checking the recordings resolves that issue. In conclusion, our team uses it to troubleshoot and determine honest performance.
You choose: You have control over the Monitoring system, so if you ever need to opt-out or do something personal, just pause the Teramind. It's a neat tool to track your working hours - you will use the Teramind clock to log your hours.
Privacy is important to us: We use our server that's highly protected. Additionally, only three people in the company can access the recording. Recordings last a month and then they're permanently deleted.
We guarantee: Our company guarantees security and privacy, so you can rest assured that everything on your PC that's monitored with Teramind is safe.
It’s not anything new: We're living in the age when everything is tracked - websites, platforms, spaces, and even streets have some kind of monitoring. That's just the way of the world. As same as traffic cameras, no one is checking Teramind constantly, only in time of need.
