Pros
It seems to be a healthy startup, without miraculous growth that eventually lead to lay-offs. Hierarchies are flat, senior management is very helpful and the collaboration with colleagues is great. Although a lot of processes are not well developed yet, there seems to be a lot commitment and the people working there are competent.
Cons
Given the size of the company, career development might not be as fast as one would wish.
