Great learning opportunity (wide array of different legal issues are managed in-house), lots of international exposure, chance to learn from regulations in other jurisdictions, reduced Friday (we work until 2 p.m), discounted air tickets for employee and parents (or spouse and kids).
Cons
Career opportunities may not be clear (there are no sub-levels or categories in each level), salaries are not raised at the beginning of each year.

End of year bonus for either Admin, or Operational employees (land crew or air crew), also chance to get discounted staff airfares (if you got taken in a flight, that is, cause they over-over sale seats).
Cons
Low salaries, low meritocracy, lack of opportunities for planned career growth or career support. Low chance for you and yours to enjoy staff flights cause they over-over sale seats and getting in is more difficult by the day.
