      Pros

      Challenging projects, friendly leadership and professional staff. Lots of fun to work with these guys. Famous in the industry international customers. Working hours are flexible. Small but brave team. Projects are interesting. Always can find ways to develop and improve skills. Remote working is welcome. Relocation and visa sponsorship opportunities for these who want to move to Estonia.

      As it is young and growing company it has small team and Office for now.

      - Good salary for Estonia market - Small company with friendly staff and manager - Every small detail can be directly discussed with manager and generally everything solved immediately - Flexible working hours and hybrid mode of working

      Cons

      - If you are dreaming to work in big company with super modern office and something like that, Avida Tech is not for you
