      Pros

      Great people with a good culture. You can speak to everyone and open&honest communication was encouraged when i was there. Technology and Dev driven company with some really cool self-written tools.

      Cons

      Products can feel "cobbled together" due to many legacy-, compatibility- and customer requirements.
