I’m an engineer in the company and it’s been a great place to work. The team itself is fairly diverse in terms of expertise so there are much to learn from every member. One thing to note is how helpful everyone is, either to new team members or to members who needs additional help. The team really goes out of the way to help everyone succeed. Finally, the management really place trust on each employee to perform so there’s no micro-management or politics.

Cons

The technologies used in the company can be a bit tough to get started and work can be challenging due to the team trying to solve tough problem. But it’s really easy to find help and resources.
